In twenty five years Cindy has led Cindy Rowe's Windshield Repair from the trunk of her car to its current 80+ employee organization with 12 locations, multiple services and multimillion dollar sales volume.
Cindy remains close to the organization and is an active participant in our day to day operations. She is determined that the same superior levels of customer service and satisfaction that propelled the company's early growth will continue into the future. In addition to her responsibilities at CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS, she continues her registered nurse practice on a weekly volunteer basis.
Cindy has been the recipient of numerous awards. Many of these recognize her entrepreneurial skills or her position as a leading business woman. However, Cindy is most proud of her company's Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. This award recognizes young high school men and women who own and operate profitable businesses. Over the years, the Cindy Rowe Young Entrepreneur Award has provided these business leaders of the future with more than $40,000 in cash awards.
David Taylor
Chief Operating Officer
Dave spent 24 years in department store marketing and operations prior to joining. Rowe's Windshield Repair in 1986, one year after he and Cindy were married. In the early days, Dave led the way in broadening the marketing horizons of the company while both he and Cindy repaired windshields on a mobile basis.
Dave is a past President and Founder of the National Windshield Repair Association, a current NWRA director, a columnist for auto glass and windshield repair magazines, an industry consultant, a newsletter publisher and Secretary/Treasurer of C. Rowe's Inc.
Rodger Pickett, MBA
Vice President and General Manager
Prior to joining our company Rodger was the General Manager of THE NOVUS WINDSHIELD REPAIR CO. in Seattle Washington.
Rodger and his team lead the company through the day to day issues that make or break a company. With a deep sense of moral and ethical commitment, he continues Cindy's customer service and satisfaction initiatives. Many of CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS's widely recognized and acclaimed programs including the CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS promotional program with Cindy's personal involvement and the Cindy Rowe Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award are spearheaded by Rodger. He has been instrumental in the development of the national auto glass industry's voluntary standard for safe windshield installation commonly known as AGRSS.
KIRK REED
Director of Operations
 Kirk lead’s the operation team that manages the day to day operations of our auto glass repair and replacement stores, mobile windshield repair technicians, mobile paintless dent repair technicians and , fleet sales. Kirk joined CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS in 1993 as a sales representative selling CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS services to local insurance agents and fleets. After filling numerous positions at the company Kirk was promoted to his current position in 1995.
In addition to supervising the day to day operations, Kirk is responsible for keeping abreast of auto glass issues that pertain to our customer’s safety and satisfaction. He instituted our widely respected practice of bringing the nation’s best known auto glass installation expert as well as the only expert witness in the industry to CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS to update and train our auto glass technicians on a yearly basis. All of CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS are required to hold every relevant certification to their position. Programs such as these provide our customers with properly and safely executed services.
Brenda Milovich, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
 In 1997, Brenda joined CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS as Controller and Chief Financial Officer and has developed financial policies and procedures and an accounting staff that has been instrumental in greatly improving and maintaining the financial strength of the company. As a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Brenda has held financial positions in various industries for more than 30 years; she attended the American Institute of Banking and has 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Brenda instituted the safety program that is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to promote the safety of our technicians and our customers. In 1998, as part of her involvement with Human Resources, she instituted a drug free workplace policy by enrolling the company as a member of Drug Free Pennsylvania which assists the company in maintaining a safe work environment. Brenda is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, and is Vice President and Secretary of the South Central Chapter of the PSPA which promotes the accounting profession by awarding scholarships to students and providing seminars for accounting professionals for continued education.
