Windshield Repair

Your windshield repair is warranted to restore strength and integrity to the damaged area.  Once repaired, the damaged area is warranted not to enlarge as long as the customer owns their vehicle.  In the event the repaired area seems to be enlarging or does not pass state inspection, the customer should contact CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS at 1-800-88-CINDY and we will re-repair the damage at no cost.  If we are unable to re-repair the damage, CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS will deduct the cost of the windshield repair from our windshield replacement fee.

Auto Glass Replacement

Auto glass installation is warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship for as long as the customer owns their vehicle.  In the event of a problem, return the vehicle to CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS and we will correct the defective part or workmanship at no cost.

Dent Repair

Our customer's satisfaction is guaranteed or the repair is free.

Windshield Wiper Blade

We offer a limited warranty on all wiper blades.  We will replace any defective wiper for three months from the date of purchase.

Side View Mirror Assembly

Lifetime replacement warranty on parts and workmanship.

Side View Mirror (Glass Only)

Limited break-free guarantee. If for any reason our professionally-installed mirror should break, we will replace the side view mirror absolutely free.  Limit 1 free warranty replacement mirror per original mirror replacement.     

Leak Repair

We warrant that we will repair the leak or no charge will apply.  (No warranty)

Remove and Reinstall Glass

We can not warrant glass breakage due to the stress put on glass during the removal process. Auto glass removal and installation is warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship for as long as the customer owns their vehicle.  In the event of a problem, the vehicle must be returned to CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS and the defective part or workmanship will be repaired at no cost.

Door Glass Off Track

Free of defective parts and workmanship for as long as the customer owns their vehicle.  In the event of a problem, the vehicle must be returned to CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS and the defective part or workmanship will be repaired at no cost.

Customer Supplied Parts

We warrant our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. In the event of a problem, return the vehicle to CINDY ROWE AUTO GLASS and we will correct the defective part or workmanship at no cost to you.
